Train 3 times a week on our small group timetable from Monday to Saturday.

Each week you'll be able to discuss and track your progression with our team of coaches at Tribe.
We will be on hand to talk about any challenges you've faced each week and will provide the accountability to achieve great results.

Using the WODboard app you'll be able to log each session you do and see how far your strength and fitness has progressed in just 6 weeks with us.
Just before the 6 week challenge comes to an end we will schedule a call to discuss how you found the program and how well you've progressed.
We will then plan the best-suited membership for your lifestyle and goals.
